Today's educators are constantly assessing students. Over a student's career a comprehensive body of data is collected. With so much effort going into gathering this information, it is ironic how difficult it can be to access it later. In this session, two Georgia districts will demo and discuss a platform that is helping them compile existing data and collect new data. The system houses all longitudinal data on student progress and provides a powerful set of standards-based item banks that allow for fast automated student assessment. Using this web-based system, educators can access and collect data from anywhere at any time. In turn, educators are better equipped to track progress, prescribe interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
