Assessment

View existing assessments in the system or create new ones using a simple wizard interface. Assessments can be shared district wide or site-wide with a grade level, vertical team, department, or individual teacher. Assessments can be downloaded into Excel, Tab delimited, PDF file formats.

Exams

Educators can use the integrated item bank to create standards-aligned paper-and-pencil or online tests. Users can create multiple versions of an exam, test booklets as a PDF, and answer booklets pre-coded with students’ ID numbers suitable for plain paper scanning.
They may also align an existing test to standards and enter an answer key to score and report on existing tests.

Reports

The Reports Tab allows DataDirector users to create, view, and share dynamic reports and graphs using a simple report wizard.

Users can select any data in the system, including student demographic, sub-group, assessment, or teacher data.

For example, a user can create a report that shows longitudinal student demographic data next to student assessment data next to teacher credentialing information and student program participation.

A standards-based report card module is also available.

Use a wizard to search and have immediate access to all standards
Export standards to a convenient Excel format
Link standards to assessments
Link standards to teacher- or administrator-created assessments
Generate reports showing student performance related to standards
